Dance uses the body to send a message in performance as the instrument of its art form. I find it is fascinating that the body is capable of attaining a malleable quality to transmit total expressiveness in whatever its form to other people. "I see dance being used as communication between body and soul, to express what its too deep to find for words.
- Ruth St. Denis
